What are these accreditations?
SCC holds two types of NetApp accreditations – APSP and ASP. These accreditations are renewed annually to ensure SCC continually provides the best levels of both pre and post sales service to our customers.
APSP – Accredited Professional Services Partner
The Accredited Professional Services Partner program is an accreditation scheme for partners to illustrate that they are capable of installing NetApp solutions to the same level as you would expect to receive from NetApp direct.
ASP – Accredited Support Partner
As an Accredited Support Partner we are able to offer after sales technical support around all NetApp solutions we sell. We have proven our capability to NetApp but are constantly audited to ensure that we provide our customers with continually high levels of service.
In 2012, SCC was named as NetApp’s European Partner of the Year. The Partner Awards are held by NetApp to highlight the work carried out by its partners in their commitment to achieving excellence, innovation and quality as well as showcasing their achievements and gaining recognition for their work.
