Ben holds multiple credentials from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, including CIPP/E, CIPM, and FIP, alongside a degree in Business Management and a degree apprenticeship in Leadership and Management. Passionate about data ethics, process improvement, and population health management, Ben is committed to leveraging data to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and outcomes. David Newey | Ex-NHS CDIO and Digital Health Expert
David is an internationally CHIME qualified healthcare CIO and passionate digital healthcare leader, who has co-authored and directed the implementation of a multi-million-pound digital strategy for The Royal Marsden, a leading global research cancer hospital. An expert in the field of digital transformation, David has presided over the delivery of a number of key clinical, technical and enterprise-wide solutions both locally and nationally.
A member of the prestigious NHS Digital Academy Alumni; David is studying an MSc in Digital Health Leadership at the prestigious Imperial College London.
A vocal proponent of the use of AI within healthcare, David has specialised in the use of genomics based, personalised medicine, having worked closely with the clinical research community to develop digital solutions to support it.

Daniel is an AI specialist with extensive experience in data analysis, machine learning and predictive modelling. His expertise in inferential statistics methodologies, machine learning and mathematical modelling allows him to produce predictive models that inform critical decisions.

Hayley Grafton | Chief Nursing Information Officer & Digital Transformation Clinical Advisor
Hayley is currently a Chief Nursing Information Officer and Clinical Lead for an ambitious Digital Transformation Programme including an EHR deployment. She is experienced in project and change management, extensive stakeholder engagement and service redesign and delivery within NHS organisations. As an elected member of the Digital Health National CNIO Advisory Panel, Hayley provides nationwide advice, support, mentorship and influence in the field of digital health, health informatics and digital transformation. She is also a proud Editor of the Royal Marsden Manual of Nursing Procedures, a renowned textbook for Student and Qualified Nurses.
