The overview

Ladbrokes is a leading betting and gaming company with over 13,000 employees and 2,000 retail shops across the UK.

These shops are all outfitted with multimedia screens, tablet devices, EPoS systems and other technology that enhances the customer experience.

Ladbrokes needed a partner that could provide an end-to-end service, helping them manage these devices from the procurement stages, to disposal.
