What we use your information for
SCC will use your personal information to manage and administer registration for the Sales Kick Off event. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide dietary requirements so that appropriate catering arrangements can be made where necessary. SCC may also contact you after the event to request feedback. Attendance information, including sign‑in and sign‑out details, will be recorded to understand which sessions you have attended and the topics you may be interested in. This information may be used to tailor future communications and marketing content to you based on those interests.

SCC will share your information internally with SCC departments to for the purpose of registration and future marketing only.
SCC will also share your information with our Partners. Sharing event data with partners ensures they can coordinate their role effectively and deliver a smooth, high‑quality event experience and future marketing.

Do we transfer your information outside the UK or the EU?
No, SCC will not be transferring your personal data outside of the UK or EU.
How long we keep your information?
SCC will keep your personal information for 1 year from the date you provide your personal data.
Your rights
You have rights over how SCC uses your data, and unless your request to exercise those rights is complex or there are numerous requests, we will normally respond within one month of receipt of your request.
