What we do

Succeeding through IT transformation and exceptional customer experiences

We are helping organisations to use technology to improve their ways of working to meet regulatory requirements, improving their efficiencies, reducing staff turnover and unlocking revenue.

This is done by working with organisations to offer strategic support, whilst working with their internal teams to ensure buy-in, a high level of communication throughout projects and taking the appropriate steps to alleviate risks.

With over 49 years’ experience, customers depend on us more than ever before to keep business and public services running smoothly as well as meeting their business outcomes whether it’s improving operational efficiency and productivity, increasing business agility or modernisation.

Trusted to deliver IT solutions across Europe

“It has been great to work with Visavvi – an SCC company to transform our use of technology in our offices. Since installing the new equipment, it’s been easier to support colleagues to meet whether they’re in the office or remote, as well as making our events with guests and customers more interactive.”

Gary Lindley, Head of Workplace and Commercial Property, Vico Homes.

“SCC were able to come in, immediately assured us that they understood what the problem we had was. Immediately provided a solution for us, which worked fantastically and just, what can I say, it was a joy to work with them from beginning to the end.”

Lee Corns, IT Manager, Senior Aerospace Weston

“SCC Vision was a significant factor when choosing SCC’s cloud managed cloud service. The tool has allowed us to manage our cloud spend more effectively, and we feel more in control of our cloud estate.”

Andy Wyatt, TIP CIO

“SCC have helped LFB deliver this complex project in our operations centre, benefitting both the control staff and more importantly, the people of London.”

Jeremy Sanders Smith, Technical Project Manager at London Fire Brigade

“I’ve had a 35-year career in IT and by far and away, this has been the most successful and rewarding project that I’ve been involved with. That’s testament to SCC’s involvement and leadership.”

“It’s been great working with Visavvi from design through to implementation to commissioning to sign off.Now we have some fantastic systems that are simple to use for the users, and will just offer us a brilliant and world class teaching facility.”

Chris Pearson, Senior Manager (Audio Visual (AV) & IT Installations at Durham University

The Government Authority has been working with SCC for many years, with SCC winning a competitive tender process via the Crown Commercial Service Framework ‘Technology Products and Associated Services’ (RM6068) for the supply of End User Compute services including device recycling and disposal. During the initial contract and engagement the Authority chose to retire devices to be disposed of rather than remarketed as they concerns about the security of devices going onto other users outside of their organisation.

“This is the first step as we look to explore how we can advance this resource tool through additional Artificial Intelligence functionality to support other transactional HR processes in the future. This is the start of a people digital transformation journey for UHCW NHS Trust and we are hopeful this will change the way we offer specialist service support to our colleagues”

Donna Griffiths, Chief People Officer at UHCW NHS Trust.
