Easy-to-schedule meetings

Everyone who uses MS Outlook and Teams knows how easy it is to set up a meeting. And bringing the meeting room into this is as simple as inviting a colleague. Schedule a meeting in Outlook, hit the Teams Meeting button and simply add your chosen meeting room like you would a colleague.

Proximity Detection

Looking to book a meeting room on the go? No problem. Your Microsoft Teams app has a proximity sensor that detects available rooms nearby. View these spaces at a glance on your mobile, add the room to your meeting and you are ready to go. It’s as simple as that.

One-touch meeting & call controls

Start every meeting with one click, just tap the ‘Join Meeting’ button on the room control panel and you are good to go. Furthermore, the room control panel boasts the same familiar look and feel to the PC/Mobile client, ensuring a smooth user experience without technology frustrations.

Intelligent meeting room experience

As soon as you enter the room Microsoft Teams will give you the option to add the room to the meeting. Add with one click and your device will join in content-only mode; enabling the room systems to provide HD audio and video. As others join on separate devices in the room, MS Teams will recommend connecting without audio, avoiding the possibility of feedback or echo and in doing so, optimising the meeting experience.

Content Cameras and Intelligent Capture

Physical whiteboards can become part of the meeting experience as the content camera will focus in on the whiteboard for all to see. Furthermore, and to guarantee an uninterrupted viewing experience for remote participants, the presenter will become transparent when in front of the board.
