Holly Hall is the Smartbox.ai Partner Manager, managing the gold and platinum partners. As well as this, you will see/meet Holly when receiving a demo of the Smartbox.ai platform.
Holly joined Smartbox.ai back in 2024 and led the drive into strategic partners with SCC being a key focus partner.
Holly is dedicated to managing and developing dynamic relationships, providing value, while fostering trust within both partners and their wider customer base.
James Iles
James Iles is the Interim Data Protection Officer for London Borough of Hackney. After joining the team in December 2023, James led Hackney to be the first local authority to use Smartbox AI across SARs and FOIs. Having used Smartbox to assist in resolving a significant backlog, Hackney now uses Smartbox to keep on top of a growing number of SAR and FOI requests.
Having led SARs and FOIs across a number of organisations, James speaks about his experience of using Smartbox and how he’d never use Adobe or permanent markers again.
Dapo Adedipe
Dapo is the Workflow & ECM Specialist for SCC Document Services, supporting all aspects of workflow optimisation and ECM solutions in SCC Public sector customers.
Dapo joined SCC in 2023, contributing expertise in automated document workflows and content management, and has been instrumental in implementing Smartbox in SCC customers.
Dapo works with the account management teams at SCC and the Smartbox team to ensure customers experience a tangible return on their investments in enhanced workflows.
