Software-Defined Data Centre Set to Soar
Around 67% of IT decision-makers in the UK expect a higher adoption of software-defined data centres (SDDCs) this year, according to a study conducted by security, compliance and control software company HyTrust and Intel. The survey also found expected adoption levels for storage virtualisation of 31% and of 23% for network virtualisation. While only 14% of UK firms have aligned security strategies to address SDDC, 68% expect this to be a problem they’ll have addressed by the end of the year.
