NetApp Ranked Amongst Top Places to Work Worldwide
NetApp has been named the fourth ‘Best Place to Work in the World’ by Great Place to Work.
This is the fifth year in a row that the technology provider has earned a coveted top five position within the prestigious annual list and it follows its first placed award as the ‘Best Multinational Workplace’ in Europe, received earlier this year.
The World’s Best Multinational Workplaces’ list, compiled by Great Place to Work, features 25 companies and is the largest global annual study of workplace excellence. It represents the most definitive recognition of global employer of choice and workplace culture quality that an organisation can possess. To qualify, companies must have been ranked in at least five national Great Place to Work Lists, have at least 5000 employees worldwide and count at least 40% of their global workforce (or 5,000 employees) outside of their home country.
NetApp’s ‘unique’ culture, identified as a competitive differentiator that unites employees worldwide, has secured the brand a top five placement for the last five consecutive years.

It also made the list of the top ten best employers in Australia, Japan and the Netherlands.
