Sharon Moore MBE is passionate about innovation that matters and applying it in the context of the challenges her clients face, such as mounting technical debt and ever-changing priorities as a result of macro events. As IBM CTO for Public Sector UK Sharon is close to the direction of public service and the needs of citizens, and identifies how technology can support and accelerate that journey. She inspects technology trends for their value to inform her clients how these can help shape public service for today and of tomorrow. She’s shared stories at GovTech 2019, the Public Sector AI Summit, and other events that provide insight as to the difference technology can make. He has extensive experience in the IT market having led Watson AI, and multiple services teams during his almost 20 year IT career before taking over the leadership of IBM’s Public Cloud business last year.
