The accreditation follows a successful audit, with Cisco validating the strength, scale, and maturity of SCC’s managed service capabilities across Europe.
The milestone includes certification for three Cisco Powered Service designations:
- Meraki Security & SD-WAN
- Campus Access
- Catalyst SD-WAN

This recognition places SCC among an elite group of global providers, trusted to deliver Cisco-powered network solutions with proven expertise and operational excellence. For customers, it’s a clear signal that SCC meets Cisco’s most rigorous standards for quality, security, and performance in managed services.
Over 30 SCC colleagues played a role in the audit, which assessed not just technical capabilities but also governance, customer engagement, and service quality.
Cisco’s audit report praised SCC for the exceptional quality of its presentation materials, service procedures, and sales enablement assets. The auditors also highlighted SCC’s strong governance, effective risk management, and clear focus on customer retention throughout the buyer journey.
Service reporting and transition management were described as “first-class”, while SCC’s in-house software development capabilities and commitment to sustainability were also recognised.
