SCC Romania won Business Leader in Talent Development & Education, on Wednesday 10th April, at the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) Awards Gala in Romania.The ABSL Awards recognise the most innovative, impactful and valuable projects and initiatives of the business services industry over the course of the previous year.SCC Romania won the accolade for the project ‘FLAME’. With a true belief that people leave managers, not organisations, Romania created the FLAME (Fundamentals in Leadership and Management Education) project in 2016.
