SCC announced that it has been recognised as the 2020 ServiceNow EMEA Specialist Partner of the Year for achieving overall excellence in certification and ServiceNow pipeline growth.
The ServiceNow Global Alliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organisation recognises the achievements of best-in-class partners who have successfully contributed to ServiceNow’s growth through transformative practices in business, technology and customer success. This year’s awards are based on partner performance in 2019 and evaluate a combination of attributes that include revenue contribution, product line expansion, workflow and skill growth and business innovation or transformation.
This award was presented at ServiceNow’s EMEA Partner Awards event on March 3rd, 2020. It reflects SCC’s commitment to selling and implementing ServiceNow projects for its customers.
The award represents the culmination of years of dedication to training the best consultants and to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers feel their success is at the heart of our approach.
SCC has built its ServiceNow Practice by helping customers work more efficiently – combining training, product expertise and project implementations. The Specialist Partner award recognises our achievement in overall excellence in certification and ServiceNow pipeline growth.
“We are a recognised EMEA Specialist Partner of choice by ServiceNow,” says Natalie Sherratt, head of SCC’s ServiceNow Practice. “With more organisations transforming their ITSM platforms and new functionality such as virtual agents and AI becoming available, we can see that there is going to be an even greater demand for solutions such as ServiceNow and the necessary skill and experience to help customers gain great benefit from it.”
Along with all these commitments and skills sets in ServiceNow, SCC has extended and developed its relationship with ServiceNow and sits on its Partner Advisory Council to help shape customer solutions for the future.
Our ServiceNow Practice has also increased its technical resources giving the ability to add greater value and expertise to customers looking to implement ServiceNow as a Platform, or customers that have ServiceNow but are failing to achieve the best from their investment.
ServiceNow last year transformed its global partner ecosystem strategy to help accelerate customers’ digital transformation journeys. Through new programs, partners are better positioned to grow their ServiceNow practices and managed services offerings, and deliver greater value to customers.
