SCC achieves Cisco’s Advanced Customer Experience Specialisation Accreditation
Specialist Computer Centres (SCC) is excited to announce it has become a Cisco Advanced Customer Experience Partner, one of only few Cisco partners to hold this distinction, which is the highest tier within the Customer Experience Specialisation.
Cisco’s Customer Experience Specialisation enables partners to be recognised as trusted providers, guiding customers as they increasingly transition to Cisco Software as a Service (SaaS) and Cisco licensing, including Enterprise Agreements (EAs), across their businesses. Customer success has always been rooted within SCC’s lifecycle approach to both technology consumption and delivery.
