SCC AVS has joined forces with workplace software provider Utelogy to enhance management, monitoring, and control of the video-enabled workplace.

 
As SCC’s Communication and Collaboration division, SCC AVS delivers reputable collaborative solutions through audio-visual and videoconferencing. The Utelogy partnership adds an enhanced layer of functionality and introduces advanced Management Information (MI) features. Through this partnership, SCC’s customers will see an improvement in overall user experience, reducing downtime, and increasing the return on meeting space investments.

Utelogy Corporation is a visionary provider of control, monitoring and analytics software for workspace management and SCC’s standard service will now include Utelogy by default. This will deliver remote management of the entire collaboration estate; 24x7x365 application and network monitoring; aftercare and warranty services; preventative maintenance visits; cloud video; and hosted unified communications.
