SCC Romania won Business Leader in Talent Development & Education, on Wednesday 10th April, at the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) Awards Gala in Romania.
The ABSL Awards recognise the most innovative, impactful and valuable projects and initiatives of the business services industry over the course of the previous year.
SCC Romania won the accolade for the project ‘FLAME’. With a true belief that people leave managers, not organisations, Romania created the FLAME (Fundamentals in Leadership and Management Education) project in 2016. The aim was to identify and train current and future leaders within the organisation, as well as provide individuals with the necessary knowledge and abilities to manage operational teams.
ABSL is a leading organisation representing the business services sector in Romania, gathering high profile companies which conduct business in the area of Shared Services Center (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Research and Development (R&D), and companies contributing to the sector’s growth.
