In a year of significant achievements, SCC has been named Company of the Year for the second time in recognition of its excellence in Shared Services operations in Romania.

This latest accomplishment took place at the Outsourcing Awards for Excellence in Bucharest where SCC triumphed over 30 other finalists. The judging panel, headed by the Romanian Secretary of State of Government, acknowledged SCC’s international support capability for quality of service, delivery and investments in next generation technologies to drive down costs and increase efficiencies for customers

Only last month SCC was named Outsourcing Company of the Year at the Regional IT and Outsourcing Industry (PIN) Awards. In the same week, SCC won the industry’s most coveted award, Best Managed Service Desk, from the Service Desk Institute (SDI).

Launched in 2006, SCC Romania spans three locations, in Iasi and Bacau, and employs over 1,000 people speaking more than 10 languages and manages in excess of 2 million tickets per year.
