SCC named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework

SCC has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM1043.9 Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework. SCC is named on Lot 1 (Digital Outcomes), Lot 2 (Digital Capability and Delivery Partners), and Lot 3 (Digital Specialists).

The framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, provides public sector organisations with access to agile digital delivery services, digital transformation partners, and specialist Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) roles. It supports delivery across the full Government Service Manual lifecycle, including discovery, alpha, beta, live and retirement.

Under DOS7, SCC can support public sector organisations across:

  • Lot 1 – Digital Outcomes: outcome-based digital projects delivered in line with agile methodologies and government digital standards
  • Lot 2 – Digital Capability and Delivery Partners: long-term digital transformation programmes, capability-building initiatives, and strategic delivery support
  • Lot 3 – Digital Specialists: access to individual digital specialists providing targeted skills across defined projects and services.

Through the framework, which goes live in the Spring, SCC will enable public sector customers to design, build and operate modern, user-centred digital services, while ensuring alignment with government policies, service standards and best practice.

DOS7 provides a compliant and flexible route to market, allowing buyers to procure trusted digital delivery partners quickly and efficiently, without running a full tender process. It supports SME-friendly procurement and provides access to Government Digital Service Standard-aligned suppliers.

Nigel Clark, Head of Public Sector at SCC, said:

“Being named as a supplier on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework strengthens our ability to support long-term digital transformation across central government, local authorities, health, education and wider public sector organisations. The framework offers a simple, compliant route to access trusted digital delivery capability and specialist skills – and has the potential to reshape the delivery of public services.

“Through DOS7, we can support customers across the full lifecycle of digital service delivery – from discovery through to live and continuous improvement – helping them build secure, user-centred digital services that meet citizen needs while delivering value for money.”

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
