NHS organisations in England can now access the most up to date Microsoft 365 product suite in a new agreement set out by NHS Digital and NHSX. The agreement provides significant additional discounts for the NHS.

Overview

The new Microsoft agreement will be available from 15th June 2020 and run to April 2023. Organisations are able to access the new terms by completing a Participation Agreement. Organisations must contract initially to all agreed elements of the deal by no later than 15th September 2020 when the entry point to the scheme for the discount closes.

Under the N365 arrangement, local organisations will continue to be responsible for buying their own software from their usual licensing partners and managing their own cyber security.
