Responding to the upward trend in organisations looking to the remote delivery of a range of services, Romania is home to SCC's near shoring operation. This operation allows us to offer a blended model to optimise near shore and local level resources in the delivery of outsourced services. We believe that to truly benefit from near shoring only elements of outsourced services should be delivered in this way whilst other elements are retained at a customer level where local knowledge is paramount.

As a multi-lingual centre our Romanian operation services clients from across all of SCC's eight other European territories.

Located in the University town of Iasi, we deliver key activities including service desk and remote monitoring and management.
