What is the Green IT Box?
Quite simply Green IT Box is a box on a pallet, delivered to your required location(s), which you can place in your IT department, branch offices and any other suitable location, for employees to fill with their old IT equipment. It is an all-inclusive service with no hidden extras – one single price includes delivery, collection and recycling charges, and the most cost-effective way for you to dispose of your redundant IT equipment. It is a fully compliant and certified recycling service managed via our trusted-partners dedicated IT disposal centre.

How does the process work?

• Green IT Box is shipped to your required location(s)
• Fill the Green IT Box with redundant IT equipment
• When full, ring the Green IT Box number with collection reference
• The Green IT Box is collected within 72 hours
• You will be offered a replacement Green IT Box
• The Waste Disposal Certificate is provided within 28 days via email

2) Secure IT Box
This unique, convenient and easy-to-use service offers you a fully secure and compliant way to dispose of any unwanted IT equipment. The cost-effective solution will help your customers meet their legal IT disposal requirements at a much lower cost-per-unit than the nearest comparable service. The Secure IT Box also offers you an exciting margin opportunity and many end-users buy additional boxes giving you a repeat revenue stream.

What is the Secure IT Box?

• Fully compliant and certified recycling service managed via our dedicated IT disposal centre.
• A flat-packed durable box delivered directly to you to fill with your old IT equipment.
• One all-inclusive price with no hidden extras, including all delivery, secure point-to-point collection and recycling charges.
• Full security including padlocks, wire cables and tamper-proof tags to secure the box during use and prior to collection.
• Disposal of your customers IT hardware in our disposal centre where all items are shredded into 40mm fragments and 0% is returned to landfill.
• Asset management report for customers as proof of disposal.
• An ideal solution for any end-users with data security concerns in particular public sector, finance, legal, defence and pharmaceutical.

How does the process work?

• Flat-packed SecureIT Box is shipped to your site.
• Once erected you fill the box with redundant IT equipment.
• The box can be secured with the combination padlock for security whilst on-site.
• Then you call the SecureIT Box number for your collection reference.
• Secure the box using the wires and key-less lock provided.
• Box is collected within 72 hours via our secure collection service.
• Replacement box is offered – fulfilled through SCC.
• Upon delivery the box is opened with the key that has been stored in our secure disposal centre.
• Hardware is disposed of and a Waste Disposal Certificate is provided to you.
