Keoghs
Keoghs has selected SCC as its new partner to provide IT infrastructure and systems support services to underpin planned business expansion and provide an improved quality of service to staff. The three year agreement will deliver end to end support for 650 users across three sites, encompassing a fully outsourced and remote service desk, end user computing support, plus management of the server network, to deliver an overall improved quality of service to the business.
“Transition work has gone according to plan, meeting very aggressive deadlines”
Keoghs' plans to grow their business over the medium term, through acquisition and organic growth, created a requirement for an increased breadth of service and flexible support model, both of which were key factors in SCC securing the business. The agreement will provide a future proof and scalable service model with the appropriate skills, to manage the existing infrastructure and engagements on future transformation projects.
John Smith, Keoghs CIO, commented: "We are very confident that we have made the right decision for our business and that we will have a productive long term partnership with SCC – one which will provide the flexibility our organisation needs, whilst also meeting very demanding service level requirements. The selection and transition work has gone according to plan, meeting very aggressive deadlines, and the performance of the Service Desk since then has been exceptional."
Steve Rafferty, Regional Sales Director, SCC, said: “This new contract with Keoghs underlines the value of working with a single outsourcing partner committed to optimizing services around the IT infrastructure for business gain."
