Ince & Co and SCC

The overview

Ince & Co is an international commercial law firm which deals largely with clients across the aviation; energy; insurance; international trade and shipping sectors.

During a recent office move, Director of IT at Ince & Co, Nick Jenner saw an opportunity to refresh and upgrade their technology infrastructure.

The end goal was to increase revenues by lowering the amount of office space by up to a third, ensuring that their lawyers spent more time face-to-face with clients.

Nick Jenner said, “The project was aimed at replacing the desktops and overhauling the infrastructure, the networks that connected our various sites, printing facilities and also a data centre move.

“We needed a partner that could help us do that in a short timeframe. SCC gave us the confidence that they would be able to deliver that and they did.

“SCC has really been a collaborative partner. The collaboration between us has been key to the success of this project. They became part of the team.

“We had an incredibly tight time frame. People said this was impossible to do in 6 months, but SCC came on board and helped us deliver.”
